strong recovery of S-Reit and bond counters.
Trade in Aug
The 2 stocks sold are RCL and IRM as they hit all time high. Previously, I have bought RCL for the onboard credit as I am a frequent cruiser. IRM was bought for its dividend. I was pleasantly surprised by both gains as I am basically a dividend investor. After a huge run up, I decided to sell them for a profit and has since recycle about 2/5 of the capital into other higher yielding stocks.
I bought LGEN, IDV , NML , 3190.hk and MPACT with the proceed from selling RCL and IRM.
