Apr 2019 - Dividend and Finance Update. Another record month of passive income in 2019.

On the income side of things, April was great with record dividend and interest received from my US portfolio of Preferred, bonds and ETD. This is due to large capital injection from 2018 Nov to 2019 Feb.My US income portfolio generated a total dividend and interest  USD$3457 in April.

Total dividend and interest from my entire portfolio generated SGD 5837. My liquid networth in April 2019 also increase to > SGD 1.5 million due to strong valuation gain from my stock/bond and contribution from my stock option sales.

In Apr, I have taken a few position in new preferred stock  USD10K BPYPP (6.5% yield) , UK ADR USD6.5K  IMBBY ( yield >7.5%), new ETD USD1.8K MGR (5.875% yield).

I cut loss (-USD1388) on one of my bond CBL that has gone into negative rating.

As for local SGX market, I bought 10 lots of Accordia ,20.5 lots of KIT and 14.5 lots of KIT as a result of right issue.

With the April purchase, my projected annual yield from my investment portfolio will hit USD48K (SGD62.4K) . This is one of my 2019 financial goal to hit average monthly USD 4K or SGD5K+ passive income from my investment portfolio.

The market has continued to pop up and has increased our net worth by quite a bit, but makes any  purchase a little harder.I am glad to purchase new preferred and ETD issue that yield close or above 6% at par value.
