Jul2023 Dividend/Interest received from my investment and retirement account is about SGD $12991k. It was a great month collecting dividend and interest income from more than 30 over counters and ETFs. This is almost like getting paid everyday. HKSE stocks usually pay their dividend from June to August which explains the higher investment income received compare to previous years. Investment Portfolio YTD gain including dividend is 5.84% and liquid net worth YTD gain is around 8.55%
Trade in July.
I added 2 new HKSE counters 144.hk (Merchant Port) and 83.hk (Sinoland) and increased my stakes in 142.hk, 86.hk & 517.hk. The HKSE trade buy in Jul is primarily financed by selling off 1/2 of my stakes in 823.hk (Link reit). I have lost confidence in Link reit after reduction in dividend and dilutive right issue. It was an easy decision to sell because there are better HKSE companies that consistent pay dividend for replacement. On SGX front, I added my stake in Ascendas India Trust and AIM with right issues.
