Oct2023 Dividend/Interest received from my investment and retirement account is about SGD $10869 and YTD investment income received is $103K. This is the 5th monthly investment income received hitting 5 figures for 2023. Dividend and interest income were collected from more than 35 over counters and ETFs in October. Investment Portfolio YTD gain including dividend has dropped to 0.38%. This is pretty bad as the market is under intense selling pressure in Oct due to FED comment that interest rate will be staying high.
Trade in Oct.
I have continue to increase small stake in 2 LSE counters BATS and LGEN again. Their dividends are very attractive at >8%. I also added another 15k of SSB as its interest continue to stay above 3%. I have also bought a small stake in SGX counter LHN.
