Jun2024 Dividend/Interest received from my investment and retirement accounts hit ATH at $18.2K and first half total is $63.5K. The record income come from many HKSE and LSE dividend counters which I have been loading (close to 415k) in the last 2.5 years. I have increased my investment capital by around 30+% since 2022. Back in 2022 H1 investment income was around $39k (Jun2022 dividend/interest income). In comparison, my current investment income has increased by 57.5% .
YTD portfolio performance is 2.62% and 5.65% if dividend is included. The overall YTD performance has dropped slightly this month due to high number of ex-dividend date on my counters. My overall portfolio is still been dragged down by my S-Reit portfolio that is sitting on a -15.5% paper loss.

I added about $3k of new shares in Capitaland Ascott, MPACT & BTI and partially sold a tiny bit of PetrolChina at 120% profit (excluding dividend). Sold off Fortune Reit and replace with 3360.hk Far East Horizon Lte (Financing business)
