Jul 2022 Dividend/Interest come in at around $9k. The stock market recovered in the month of July and YTD gain also revert to positive territory. Net worth YTD gain is at 2.7%
With the market rebound, I slowed my stock purchase to just USD8.3K with stake increase for Daiwa Log Reit, FCT and RCL. I also bought 9k SGD of SSB. Moving forward, I will be increasing my SSB as long as its 10 years yield hit above 2.5%
