YTD portfolio performance is +7.16% and +10.8% if dividend is included. Valuation of my investment portfolio has hit a record high after some recovery of reit and bond counters.

I bought about 9k of Astrea 8 bond (4.35% yield) IPO and 25.5k of SSB to lock in the yield before the pending rate cut . I have added BTI , RFI , 3110.hk and sold out 116.hk and 3983.hk to increase my stake in 857.hk
