This blog is created as a personal financial journal to track my passive income from dividend investing. I am a Singaporean who started fixed income /dividend investing with the aim of collecting consistent dividend and interest monthly while protecting principle capital. I invested mainly in reits ( local SGX and overseas), LSE/HKSE dividend stocks , US bonds and preferred stocks (or perpetual shares). In this blog,I will be sharing some ideas on investing globally to generate dividend and interest income for Sinporeans as well as non-US residents. For my overseas investment, I focus my research mainly on bonds and preferred shares that are listed in US exchange that have no withholding tax for non-US investors. I currently achieved SGD74K annual dividends and interest. My target is to achieve SGD80K or USD60K passive income before I retire in my early 50s.
